Hey, is this really what you have to do to get this thing going? There's gotta be a quicker way!
On Father's Day we went up to the Grand Mesa to go fishing at Island Lake. No fishing actually occurred, but Espen and Eric had a nice row around the lake with Tom in the canoe. Then we cooked hot dogs, shish kabobs and smores over the campfire. Mmm! Soon we found that it was time to head home so that Espen could get a nap. I think short day trips like this might be the way to go for a while!

Looks like a great time!! He cracks me up with those sunglasses. He's got to be the only kid in the world that keeps them on! I can't wait to get lots of pictures of the kids at Bear Lake.
